WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
ANNEderful Creations is not responsible if the customer drops and/or damages their item(s). If your item does arrive damaged, you have 24 hours to contact us from the time the CARRIER (USPS/UPS/FEDEX) tracking shows the package is delivered.
DEFECTS:
We aim to get it right the first time which is why we inspect each product 4-5 times throughout our quality control process. If you feel you have received a defective product or If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake, please contact us at support@annederfulcreations.com with your order # and a photo of the product. Please, make sure you add a subject to your email; this helps us attend to your needs quicker on how we can make this right.
